Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Complete Ellis & Assoc. International Pool and Lifeguard Training Program provided and paid for by Hershey properties.
• Able to swim 100 yards using front crawl or breaststroke.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool rules and safety.
• Recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Monitor equipment and supplies.
• Maintain pool area and environment.
• Complete weekly lifeguard in-service training.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned
