North Shore YMCA Ipswich is hiring Lifeguards to monitor pools, ensure swimmer safety, and provide a welcoming environment for members and guests. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities to gain valuable aquatics experience.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with potential for higher rates based on certifications and experience. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen Administration credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen Administration or willingness to obtain.
• Calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
