The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking energetic Lifeguards to ensure pool safety and provide a welcoming environment for members and guests. You will monitor pool activity, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly to emergencies with training and teamwork.

Qualified applicants are at least 16 years old, hold American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or be able to pass the course) and possess strong swimming skills and a commitment to safety around water.

Qualificações

• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course
• Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the safety and surveillance of all pool participants
• Understanding and applying organizational safety procedures for the pool deck and aquatic areas
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing
