Job summary

Consolidated Nuclear Security is seeking a Lifecycle Systems Engineering Project Analyst to optimize workflows across LSE projects. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, KPI reporting, and coordination of document review and training activities.

The analyst will manage SAP interfaces, DOORs interfaces, and SharePoint updates, ensuring version control and accessible project information while supporting leadership with strategic planning and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related field with 5+ years of related work experience in a project support or analyst role.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and document management systems.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; strong editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track engineering project progress and milestones for KPI reporting.
• Coordinate and support the document review/approval process and materials preparation.
• Maintain files, folder structure, and data organization; act as configuration manager for LSE processes.
• Analyze KPI data to identify improvements and support policy/procedure updates.
• Lead safety, process improvement, and planning activities as directed by program leadership.
