Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; no experience specified in minimum requirements.
• Eight or more years of relevant education, training, and/or progressive experience may satisfy educational/experience requirements.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related discipline with 5+ years in project support or business/operations analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track engineering team progress for all projects and programs; capture milestones for metrics.
• Coordinate and support document reviews and approvals, including materials preparation.
• Provide technical editing and manage LSE quality review of project documentation.
• Coordinate and support engineering training and safety program maintenance.
• Develop KPI reports and perform trend analysis for continuous improvement.
