Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking a Maintenance Systems Specialist to design, implement and optimize maintenance systems across sites. You will manage data on equipment history, work orders and costs, and lead KPI-driven improvements to reduce downtime and costs.

You will leverage SAP/CMMS/EAM tools, train maintenance staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational and/or maintenance experience or engineering qualification.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling and KPI management.
• Proficiency with SAP, CMMS or EAM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimize maintenance systems and procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of equipment history, WOs and costs.
• Analyze maintenance data and report KPIs and trends.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement across sites.
• Provide training and guidance on maintenance processes and tools.
