Ledgent Technology is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to own and drive our CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and retention platforms. Qualifications

• 5+ years in retention, lifecycle, CRM or ecommerce marketing.
• Experience owning CRM and customer lifecycle strategy (email, SMS, automation, segmentation, personalization).
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify, or comparable platforms.
• Analytical mindset translating data into growth opportunities.
• Experience developing testing strategies and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and CRM strategy to drive acquisition, retention and LTV.
• Develop and prioritize the retention roadmap and initiatives.
• Define segmentation and lifecycle strategies from first purchase to repeat and VIP status.
• Grow email and SMS subscribers through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
• Lead testing and optimization across journeys and channels.
• Own retention technology stack and vendor relationships.
