Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP in New York invites a Senior Manager of Performance & Lifecycle Excellence to lead the firm’s People Operations strategy, overseeing onboarding, performance management, and data analytics for 600+Business Professionals.

You will supervise a team of three HR professionals and partner with leadership to scale processes, automate workflows, and improve retention in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People Operations and Performance Management
• 5+ years leading teams and large initiatives
• Must live within commutable distance to a local office and come in 3–4 days per week
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Offboarding strategy and execution for the employee lifecycle
• Lead the 15/90 Roadmap to extract retention metrics and flag red flags
• Oversee sophisticated offboarding with compliance and IT security steps
• Analyze turnover trends and present quarterly retention analyses to leadership
• Own end-to-end performance management and annual review cycles for 600+ staff
• Modernize reviews by integrating self-assessments, manager reviews, and promotions into an automated workflow
• Serve as Super User for Performance/Talent modules and train users
