You will partner with the Director of People & Culture, drive data-driven retention analytics, and build scalable processes that align with the firm’s strategic people agenda across offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People Operations and Performance Management.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring teams.
• Willing to work in-office 3-4 days weekly within commuting distance.
• Experience in law firms or professional services preferred.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance management for 600+ staff.
• Modernize performance cycles and integrate self-assessments.
• Calibrate data for year-end compensation and promotions.
• Partner with HRBPs to deliver development resources.
