Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in people operations or HR in high-growth environments.
• Strong experience with performance review processes and manager workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core people operations processes across the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Track and report key people metrics (review completion, headcount movements, onboarding progress).
• Design, launch, and refine performance review cycles and calibration processes.
• Administer and improve HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee records workflows.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and scalability across states and teams.
• Coordinate employment documentation and policy administration with legal/partners.
• Support compensation and promotion cycle logistics and documentation.
• Partner with managers on employee relations issues and organizational changes.
• Identify gaps in workflows and implement simple systems to improve consistency.
