Marek Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and SMS end-to-end across Marek Health, Marek Diagnostics, and Marek Supplements. You will set strategy, build journeys, and drive key outcomes like intake, labs, provider exams, and treatment adoption.

The role partners with tech, sales, product, and clinical teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in lifecycle marketing, strong copy and data analytics, and a deep understanding of deliverability and

Competenze

5–7 years of lifecycle, email, SMS, or CRM marketing leadership.
Experience in a service-based or subscription business with ongoing customer relationships.
Proven end-to-end email and SMS platform ownership (Customer.io preferred).
Ability to build multi-step flows with triggers, segmentation, and logic.

Mansioni

Own lifecycle strategy across all three Marek brands: Marek Health, Marek Diagnostics, Marek Supplements.
Map client journeys and manage automated touchpoints from intake to refill.
Build and optimize onboarding, retention, win-back, and reactivation flows.
Ensure deliverability, data accuracy, and compliance (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
Collaborate with tech, sales, product, and clinical teams to scale adoption.
