Marek Health, LLC is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and SMS end-to-end across Marek Health, Marek Diagnostics, and Marek Supplements. You will set strategy, build flows, and own program outcomes across onboarding, labs, exams, and refills.

This is a remote role requiring alignment with PST to EST; compensation is $85,000 to $95,000 per year plus PTO, 401(k), and employer-subsidized health insurance.

Competenze

• 5 to 7 years running lifecycle, email, SMS, or CRM marketing.
• Experience in a service-based or subscription business where the customer relationship is ongoing.
• Experience with end-to-end email and SMS platforms.
• Deliverability and authentication knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• HTML and templating for responsive emails across clients.
• Independent, multi-brand management across three brands.
• Health, wellness, supplements, or longevity industry experience preferred.

• Own lifecycle strategy across all three Marek brands.
• Map the client journey and manage automated touchpoints.
• Own stage-to-stage conversion from intake through refill.
• Build and optimize onboarding and retention flows.
• Ship campaigns and promotions and adjust flows as needed.
• Define event specs and QA data behind segments.
