Addison Group is seeking a lifecycle marketer to own the full campaign lifecycle for our growing 401(k) business. This highly autonomous role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on B2B campaigns and lifecycle programs for retirement products.

You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns, collaborate with Product, Sales, Ops, and Analytics, and drive conversion through segmented journeys and seasonal initiatives.
