Qualifications

• Strong Growth Marketing & Personalised Campaigns experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM channels — Email, SMS, Push, or In-Product.
• Experience using AI/ML, propensity models, or GenAI in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personalized lifecycle and growth marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-product channels.
• Use customer data, analytics, AI/ML, propensity models, and generative AI to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze engagement and campaign performance using tools such as Tableau and Amplitude.
• Partner cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Support campaign planning, prototyping, project management, and reporting.
