Job summary

Mercor is seeking a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing professional to design and pressure-test AI-driven environments for marketing workflows. You will own lifecycle and CRM tasks, create realistic artifacts, and specify the data and dashboards required to evaluate AI agents in authentic market contexts.

Ideal candidates combine practical experience in lifecycle marketing with Salesforce and Amplitude, and can clearly justify decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing.
• Experience owning sending programs and their incrementality.
• Clear written reasoning and ability to explain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawing from real lifecycle/CRM work to test and demonstrate issues.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong vs. plausible-but-wrong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against standards.
