RingCentral in an in‑office Belmont, KY role seeks a Lifecycle and Email Marketing Manager to own and scale multi‑touch lifecycle programs. You will design, build, and optimize campaigns across email and nurture, driving engagement and pipeline in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment.

You’ll lead end‑to‑end campaigns in Marketo and HubSpot, partner with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Analytics, and deliver measurable ROI with frequent reporting and optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of lifecycle, email, or marketing automation experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to build nurture and lifecycle programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
• Strong fluency with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Own lifecycle and email strategy and execution from concept to reporting.
• Build end‑to‑end campaigns in Marketo and HubSpot with segmentation and personalization.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Analytics to align with data and goals.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and ROI analysis in Tableau.
