Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Triggers & Personalization, to plan and execute targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS and push channels. Based in our Northbrook, IL office, with Friday remote flexibility, you will lead creative briefs, testing, and content refreshes to boost engagement and loyalty.

You will partner with Marketing and Technology teams to optimize triggered content for US/Canada, monitor performance, and drive cross-channel consistency

Qualifications

• Lifecycle, email, SMS and push marketing strategy and deliverability best practices.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end campaign workflows with creative teams.
• Ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns through testing.
• Familiarity with customer segments and lifecycle content.
• Proficiency with major ESPs, preferably SFMC, and CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign workflow from briefing to development, testing, execution and content refreshes.
• Support strategy evolution and maintenance of triggered lifecycle content for US/Canada.
• Collaborate with Tech and Creative teams to set up dynamic templates and product recommendations.
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance; execute A/B test plans to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Maintain cross-channel messaging consistency for Crate & Kids promotions and communications.
• Collaborate on launching segmented triggered lifecycle campaigns (Baby Registry, etc.).
