Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Associate Designer, Email to support digital marketing with a focus on Email and SMS. You will deliver brand-elevated designs using typography and photography, ensuring customer-focused email experiences in line with our brand standards.

This on-site role (Mon–Thu in Northbrook, IL) offers Friday remote work. You will collaborate with Sr Art Director and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and develop best practices for efficient design workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design is required.
• 1+ years experience as production or visual designer preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and web design basics.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative projects for email and SMS channels.
• Collaborate with design leads and external teams to uphold brand identity.
• Build cross-functional relationships and work with multiple internal teams on campaigns.
• Approach design projects with a user-centered perspective.
• Manage projects with schedule constraints and tight turns.
