Job summary

Netspend in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle programs from onboarding to win-back. You will design multi-channel journeys across email, SMS, push, and more, set engagement targets, and drive incremental value.

You’ll lead segmentation, testing, and optimization while partnering with Analytics, Product, and Compliance to ensure scalable, compliant growth across fintech offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing.
• End-to-end ownership of a lifecycle or retention program and roadmap.
• Fluency with full lifecycle toolkit including offers and incentives.
• Hands-on experience building complex journeys in leading platforms.
• Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, experiment design, LTV concepts.
• Experience marketing in a regulated environment with numbers-driven messaging.
