Job summary

One Park Financial in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead merchant engagement strategies across the journey, driving renewal, loyalty, and lifetime value. You will combine analytics, creative strategy, and leadership to scale lifecycle programs that deepen relationships with small business owners and support company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Strong background in campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and communications.
• Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the full lifecycle marketing strategy—from lead nurturing to Merchant retention and reactivation.
• Design and manage multi-channel programs (email, SMS, push, etc.) with measurable business impact.
• Partner with Analytics to identify trends, segment audiences, and optimize engagement through data-driven insights.
• Lead planning, testing, and optimization of automated journeys to enhance personalization and Merchant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations to align lifecycle touchpoints with business goals.
• Manage and mentor team members to execute campaigns with excellence.
• Define, track, and report KPIs including engagement, churn, LTV, and retention.
• Support evaluation of CRM and marketing automation tools.
