Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a MarTech Business Analyst to partner with marketing, retail, and product teams in Carlsbad, CA.

You will analyze MarTech processes, document requirements, and help roll out loyalty, CRM, and activation initiatives that connect consumer journeys to in-store experiences. You will support lifecycle campaigns, retention strategies, and activation events, while learning from senior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or information systems.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with MarTech tools and loyalty, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Document and translate requirements for MarTech solutions and campaigns.
• Support lifecycle marketing, loyalty program optimization, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, and product teams to gather feature requirements.
• Assist with store activation events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Support change management and rollout of MarTech tools and integrations.
