Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty & Membership to own and scale our loyalty ecosystem.

You will drive strategy, member growth, retention, governance, and long-term program evolution while partnering with CRM, Retail, Ecommerce, Analytics, Finance, and Brand Marketing teams to deliver a seamless member experience across touchpoints. The role requires strong business acumen, customer behavior understanding, and a track record of delivering elevated experiences that boost lifetime

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in loyalty, membership, CRM, retention marketing, or related customer growth functions.
• Experience launching or managing loyalty programs for premium retail, apparel, or consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty economics, rewards structures, and engagement strategies.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical capabilities using customer data and financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Vuori’s loyalty and membership initiatives, including strategy, readiness, optimization, and roadmap.

Job Description

Vuori isseekinga strategic, customer-centered, and analytical Senior Manager, Loyalty & Membership to help shape and scale our loyalty and membership ecosystem.

This role will serve as the business owner of Vuori’s loyalty and member engagement strategy, responsible for driving program performance, member growth, retention, rewards governance, and long-term program evolution. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of customer behavior and is passionate about creating elevated experiences that strengthen customer connection and lifetime value.

This highly cross-functional role partners closely with CRM, Retail, Ecommerce, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and Brand Marketing teams to delivera seamlessmember experience across all customer touchpoints.

What you'll get to do:

• Serve as the business owner for Vuori’s loyalty and membership initiatives, leading program strategy, operational readiness, optimization, and long-term roadmap development.
• Define and evolve member benefits, rewards structures, engagement experiences, and retention strategies that deepen customer connection and lifetime value.
• Lead cross-functional implementation efforts across CRM, Retail, Ecommerce, Technology, Analytics, and Customer Service teams to operationalize scalable member experiences.
• Establish foundational processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and business rules that support scalable program management and future growth.
• Develop KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance reporting to measure member acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall program health.
• Partnerwith Analytics and Finance teams to evaluate member economics, program ROI, incremental impact, and optimization opportunities.
• Identifyopportunities to improve program performance through testing, customer insights, personalization, segmentation, and member experience enhancements.
• Manage loyaltyplatformpartners, external vendors, and agency relationships while building executive-ready recommendations that translate customer insights into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 10+ years of experience in loyalty, membership, CRM, retention marketing, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, or related customer growth functions.
• Experience launching, scaling, or managing loyalty or membership programs for premium retail, apparel, wellness, hospitality, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of customer retention drivers, loyalty economics, rewards structures, and member engagement strategies.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experienceleveragingcustomer data, performance metrics, and financial insights to inform decisions.
• Experience managing loyalty platforms, CRM technologies, CDPs, or related customer marketing technology ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable building new processes, frameworks, and capabilities from the ground up.

The salary range for this role is $137,700 per year - $160,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
