Local Eclectic in Chicago is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to own the customer lifecycle across email, SMS, and in-person retail and café touchpoints. You will build and optimize automated flows, campaigns, and segmentation to turn first-time buyers into loyal, high-LTV customers across five brands.

You will bridge data and creative work with Klaviyo and Shopify data, partner with merchandising and paid media, and report on retention metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing with direct ownership of automated flows and campaign strategy.
• Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo—building, QA'ing, and troubleshooting flows and segmentation.
• Proven track record improving repeat purchase rate, LTV, or similar retention metrics at a DTC/e-commerce business.
• Strong analytical skills—able to pull and interpret data to guide strategy, not just report on it.
• Experience managing a campaign calendar across multiple product lines or sub-brands.

• Own and optimize automated CRM flows across all five brands.
• Plan and manage the email/SMS campaign calendar with the marketing team.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation to drive personalized targeting.
• Build and manage a loyalty/VIP program with gifting, early access, and high-value recognition.
• Integrate in-store data with digital CRM to unify customer view across channels.
• Own reporting on CRM health, deliverability, subscriber growth/opt-outs, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with paid media, developers, and merchandising to reflect inventory and launches.
