TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks a Lifecycle Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across the USDS employee lifecycle. You will scale HR infrastructure, oversee a team of HR Operations Specialists/Coordinators, and partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to deliver compliant, high-touch people operations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Service Delivery within a fast-paced or hyper-growth environment.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading and developing HR Operations professionals or specialists.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and integration tools (Sterling, Equifax, Service-Now, Jira).
• In-depth understanding of US employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and regulatory audit frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making, dashboards, and KPI/SLA establishment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for USDS JV, including onboarding, background checks, job status changes, and offboarding, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Architect scalable, standardized HR workflows and automate touchpoints to drive lean improvements.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Employment Legal to streamline cross-functional workflows.
• Oversee HR helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, and knowledge base to deliver timely support.
• Oversee HRIS governance and data analytics across Workday, Sterling, and internal databases; build executive reporting frameworks.
