Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM/lifecycle/retention marketing with revenue KPI ownership.
• Hands-on with Customer.io, Braze or Iterable; data comfort and GDPR basics.
• Strong writing and an ethical, care-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM strategy, flows, contact policy, and results across email and WhatsApp.
• Build lifecycle flows and segmentation from user behaviour and product signals.
• Run testing, measure revenue impact, and build simple reporting.
