Job summary

EVgo in Los Angeles seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and run campaigns that grow and engage drivers on the EVgo network, including subscriptions and Autocharge+. You will own the full lifecycle marketing program in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering and design; leverage Braze or Iterable; analyze performance, run A/B tests, and drive improvements in engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in lifecycle marketing and mobile app growth.
• Deep knowledge of mobile app marketing channels (push, email, in-app, SMS).
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy lifecycle campaigns to grow and engage EVgo drivers.
• Drive product adoption including subscriptions and Autocharge+ through targeted communications.
• Optimize each stage of the customer journey to boost loyalty.
• Build testing roadmaps and conduct A/B tests across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering and design teams.
