EV Safe Charge Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Los Angeles to own and execute across all marketing functions.

This hands-on role requires SEO, content, email marketing, and paid media skills to drive the Pro Electrician Network and marketplace growth. Based in Los Angeles, you will build campaigns, landing pages, and CRM workflows, while collaborating across teams to position ZiGGY and expand both electrician and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing.
• Strong skills in SEO, content, email marketing, and paid media.
• Hands on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Ability to write clearly and persuasively.
• Design capability with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and execution using GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog; perform keyword research and publish content with WordPress.
• Improve rankings, traffic, and conversions; drive acquisition of electricians into the Pro Network.
• Create campaigns connecting electricians with installation demand and craft messaging for electricians and customers.
• Support marketplace growth on both sides and manage campaigns to attract users and customers.
