Aquent Talent is hiring for an email marketing role on a full-time contract basis in Carrollton, TX. You will drive lifecycle marketing through email campaigns and push notifications, building scalable programs on a modern engagement platform.

The position supports a fast-paced e-commerce team with regular hours and occasional flexibility around promotions. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on email marketing experience (agency or client-side).
• Proven experience using modern marketing automation tools; Braze experience strongly preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail in QA, formatting, links, and audience targeting.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of email campaigns including building, scheduling, testing, QA, and deployment.
• Leverage multi-channel capabilities (email and push notifications) to deliver deals and messaging to customers.
• Rigorously test email templates, segments, and links to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams for promotions and integrations.
• Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and major promotional events.
