• Experience with an enterprise email platform (Braze preferred).
• Strong attention to detail for QA and issue resolution.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns end to end including QA and deployment.
• Execute push notification campaigns with accuracy and care.
• QA outgoing campaigns for copy, links, segmentation and timing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate goals into sends.
• Liaise with engineering to troubleshoot delivery issues and bugs.
• Create and maintain campaign performance reports.
