Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel communication strategies. You will manage promotional and lifecycle campaigns, including automated journeys, with a focus on engagement, retention, and growth.

The role requires data-driven decisions, strong project management, and collaboration with compliance and creative teams. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the position is on-site with some remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of email and SMS marketing campaign experience.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, HubSpot or similar).

Responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with engagement and growth goals.
• Develop audience-targeted content and messaging strategies to improve interaction and conversion.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows across the customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate with marketing, compliance, creative, and business teams for consistent messaging.
• Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations to improve engagement and performance.
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and testing to enhance results.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain evergreen content to stay current and impactful.
• Stay informed on trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Conduct reviews of processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations for email/SMS communications.
