829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-based workflows, lead client conversations, and drive performance for ecommerce brands. You will manage lifecycle programs, coordinate with Client Services, Web, and Paid teams, and champion email marketing thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2 years of Klaviyo experience minimum.
• Experience leading strategy for an Ecommerce brand.
• Familiar with ESPs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience in digital advertising and related technologies.
• Mentor-oriented with willingness to learn the client’s business.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Experience building and managing campaigns with lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• SMS experience with Sakari or Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Execute clients’ lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain organization and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Identify issues in campaigns and propose solutions.
• Manage email marketing program scope, calendars, and strategy.
• Create integrated email calendars aligned with other marketing initiatives.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision for the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Provide email marketing thought leadership.
