Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist for a fast-growing AI consumer technology company. You will own lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and win-back to drive subscription growth.

Responsibilities include developing automated email journeys, building audience segments, and running A/B tests while maintaining privacy compliance. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and generous vacation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM within consumer subscription businesses.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written English.
