Job summary

Virta Health is seeking a Lifecycle Campaign Manager to translate lifecycle strategy into coordinated, measurable member acquisition and engagement campaigns. This role focuses on execution, project management, and growth initiatives, with strong ties to Marketing Operations, Data, Content, Design, and Product.

You will build and optimize campaigns, coordinate assets and stakeholders, manage timelines, and analyze performance to improve team efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience executing lifecycle campaigns across channels.
• Ability to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns and canvases.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted project management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Sr Technical Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build, test, and deploy multi-channel member acquisition and engagement campaigns (email, mail, SMS) in Braze.
• Build, launch, and maintain standard and moderately complex campaigns and Canvases using established templates and governance.
• This includes audience segmentation, trigger logic, personalization, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
• Monitor daily campaign health, tracking key conversion funnel metrics to surface optimization opportunities.
• Own day-to-day campaign orchestration from intake through retrospective, including briefs and workback plans.
• Build and maintain repeatable AI-assisted project management workflows to keep launches on schedule.
