The Keller Group is seeking a methodical Lifecycle Campaign Specialist for a contract role in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage email, text, and mobile app campaigns, turning ideas into launch-ready briefs, gathering inputs, and ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and audience relevance.

You will coordinate with marketing, digital, creative, data, and technology teams, review campaigns before launch, and drive continuous process improvements to simplify workflows and strengthen how campaigns run.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in high-volume consumer business.
• Experience with email, text, or mobile app campaigns and related platforms.
• Strong writing and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Write campaign briefs and align goals, audiences, and timing.
• Contribute ideas in monthly planning and strategy sessions.
• Gather assets and inputs for launches, including copy, links, and creative files.
• Review campaigns for accuracy before launch across all channels.
• Maintain project plans and flag risks early with solutions.
• Set up promotions in systems and prepare related assets.
• Build recurring performance reports combining channel, customer, and sales data.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, creative, data, and tech teams.
• Simplify workflows and documentation to improve campaigns.
• Own projects from first request through launch and post-campaign results.
