Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• At least three years in marketing campaigns, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, or CRM communications.
• Four years in consumer lifecycle or retention campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consumer campaigns from brief through launch, managing timelines and assets.
• Write clear, consumer-focused messaging aligned with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Product, Field Development, Customer Service, and Analytics.
• Monitor engagement and retention metrics and propose improvements.
