Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations and deliver a high-quality experience for members. You will motivate staff to ensure exceptional customer service and monitor food quality and speed of service to maintain a positive guest experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications with specified timeframes, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Night and weekend availability is required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift >20 lbs repeatedly.
• Night and weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader with high level customer and team support.
• Ensures team prepares menu items correctly and serves customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to Manager.
• Manages light food preparation duties.
• Responds promptly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
