Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring high-quality experiences for members and guests. You will motivate staff, monitor food quality and service speed, and lead with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. Night and weekend availability is necessary to meet business needs, with comprehensive Life Time benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow.
Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.
Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner.
Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
Manages light food prep responsibilities.
Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
