Job summary

Life Time Inc. in San Clemente, CA is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in the LifeCafe, deliver a high-quality member experience, and motivate staff to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification with first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Night and weekend availability required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader providing customer and team support.
• Ensures team prepares menu items correctly and serves customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions and concerns.
