This role emphasizes accurate data entry, policy administration, and excellent customer service, with three+ years life insurance underwriting support experience preferred; Salesforce and SharePoint experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of life insurance underwriting support in an agency or carrier.
• Proficiency with data entry and policy administration applications.
• Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Case Manager in completing carrier applications and follow-ups.
• Monitor underwriting cases and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with carriers to issue policies.
• Draft cover letters for Case Manager review.
• Maintain organized underwriting files and update Salesforce.
