- Experience supporting case managers or medical underwriters in policy life cycle.
- Accurate data entry with high productivity and quality.
- Proficiency with policy administration applications.
- Strong customer service mindset and commitment to improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the case manager with carrier applications and follow-ups.
- Monitor cases through underwriting and escalate issues as needed.
- Work with carriers to issue policies.
- Download kits and populate information for review.
- Draft informally and formally for Case Manager review.
- Maintain underwriting files and update Salesforce/Chatter.
