Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Colorado Springs seeks a Program Support Assistant I, Life Skills Mentor, Apartment to join the Community Integration Division as it supports the Possibilities program. The role focuses on guiding daily living activities, safety in the apartment, and collaborative outreach with the Possibilities team.

You will assist in assessments, document client progress, and help participants transition into daily programming while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for all

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Instruction: teach and model daily living skills in the Possibilities Apartment and support clients in achieving personal goals.
• Possibilities Team Support: participate in staff meetings, model work habits, and assist with transitions into daily programming as needed.
• Client/Program Tracking And Reporting: assist with assessments and program plans and document daily activities.
• Relationship Management: communicate progress to staff and coordinate with parents/Host Home Providers as assigned.
