Job summary

Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Direct Support Professional to assist Community Living Managers in supervising residents and operating group homes and apartment programs.

You will help with daily personal care, leisure activities, ADL programs, and maintaining a safe, family-like environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a good driving record, a high school diploma, and willingness to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Living Managers in supervising residents and operating the group home/programs.
• Provide direct care and training to residents, including ADL and recreation activities.
• Maintain logs and documentation in the CIMS portal.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure safety and quality services.
