Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Liaison II, Community Engagement Mentor to support Day Program staff in implementing Service Plans through community-inclusive activities. You will transport clients, supervise care, and help document progress to support individual goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Day Program team, hands-on client care, and coordination of community activities, while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Medication Administration Qualification or complete training within 30 days.
• CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain training.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to interact, work cooperatively, and be flexible.
• Ability to drive for company business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community activities aligned with curriculum and document outcomes.
• Provide transportation and supervise participants during outings.
• Assist with medication administration when needed.
• Support Day Program team with planning and daily routines.
• Complete progress reports for billing and participant assessments.
• Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Model appropriate self-help skills and interactions.
• Communicate with staff and parents as needed.
