• Documents files for compliance and quality (proposals, endorsements, cancellations).
• Quotes proposals and negotiates with external partners within authority.
• Serves as primary contact to producers/customers for account matters and opportunities for up-sell.
• Assists in marketing CNA products and visits with external partners.
• Acts as an expert on systems and workflows; trains and coaches others.
