• Develops specialized endorsement language for complex risks.
• Determines pricing for complex risks with limited oversight.
• Makes recommendations on underwriting policy and pricing strategy.
• Analyzes profitability of high-risk business and reports to management.
• Develops and maintains relationships with agencies/brokers in the territory.
• Keeps current on state/territory issues and industry trends.
• Mentors less experienced underwriters and contributes to training.
• Utilizes CNA systems for daily underwriting activities.
• Handles special underwriting projects and presentations.
