Job summary

Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions company, invites a Consultant to own a module end-to-end—diagnose current state, design future state, and drive adoption across operating models. You will facilitate workshops, connect insights to business outcomes, and raise the quality bar for Analysts and Associates.

You will be based in the US office, collaborate with life-sciences clients, and translate business design into technical implications with product/tech leads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in top-tier management consulting with life sciences clients.
• Strong business acumen and change management experience.
• Experience with senior global stakeholders across verticals.
• Proven account management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Frame problems, hypotheses, and workplans for your module; apply 80/20 and manage risks.
• Lead workshops to converge on design decisions.
• Build value cases, benefits maps, and adoption metrics aligned to OKRs.
• Develop rollout plans and coordinate with PMO/change.
• Create executive-ready narratives linking design choices to outcomes.
• Provide day-to-day direction and mentoring to Analysts/Associates.
• Institute quality routines and uphold version discipline.
• Translate business design into technical implications with product/tech leads.
• Partner with delivery to ensure landing of solutions and SOPs.
• Surface interdependencies to PMO; manage upstream/downstream impacts.
