Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking an experienced technical trainer to design and deliver robust learning content for a life sciences environment in Tucson, AZ. You will build SOPs, lab guides, and e-learning modules, and run onboarding and hands-on coaching for adult learners.

Ideal candidates have a science/engineering background with practical training experience and familiarity with pathology labs and diagnostic instruments. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 1+ year.
Direct experience designing and delivering technical training for adult learners.
Knowledge of pathology labs, tissue-based assays, and diagnostic instruments.
Hands-on experience with e-learning tools like Articulate 360 or Camtasia.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical training materials, e-learning modules, SOPs, and lab guides.
Provide onboarding, classroom training, and hands-on coaching.
Translate complex scientific concepts into clear learning content.
Perform training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
Manage LMS content, track completion, and monitor competency.
Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
Keep training materials up-to-date with quality standards.
