Bio-Techne Corp. is seeking a Scientific Support Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. You will provide technical and service-related support, demonstrate product advantages, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, QA/QC, and R&D to resolve customer issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a molecular biology-related field and 2+ years lab experience. Proficiency in cell culture, ELISA, and flow cytometry is preferred, with strong communication and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in molecular biology, laboratory science, immunology, cell biology, biochemistry.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on product use and issues.
• Address customer concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SME materials and technical literature.
• Coordinate notifications, product releases, and discontinuations.
• Deliver technical training and internal literature.
