Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist in Fishers, IN. This role connects Sales with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Customer Service to support samples, product development, and customer documentation.

The ideal candidate is a science graduate with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Office-based with modest travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or another related scientific field required.
• Professional experience may be considered in lieu of academic background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, ship, and track product samples for customers and partners.
• Manage Sales sample inventory and coordinate small-scale samples for R&D.
• Track sales opportunities and projects in company systems.
• Assist with customer quotes as needed.
• Read product formulations to support sample prep and applications.
• Batch benchtop products for sample requests.
• Support R&D and Sales on product development and commercialization.
• Participate in meetings for new products and offerings.
• Provide documentation support for customer and regulatory requests.
• Collaborate with broker and distributor networks to support Sales.
• Cross-train with Sales and provide additional support.
• Develop knowledge of product portfolio and applications.
