Job summary
Kent Scientific Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Nashville, TN to provide specialized product support to researchers and troubleshoot equipment issues via email, phone, and video calls. You will own your caseload, coordinate with Sales, Production, and Marketing, and contribute to technical writing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on technical experience in a lab or research setting.
- Experience in customer-facing or technical support; life sciences industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized product support to researchers, distinct from general customer service.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues over email, phone, and video calls, guiding customers to a resolution.
- Own your caseload end-to-end; track, follow up, and monitor repairs; escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Customer Service, and Marketing to confirm product details and order status.
- Conduct virtual training sessions on core product line.
- Travel 10 to 15% for trade shows, customer visits, and trips to CT HQ.
- Contribute to technical content and literature reviews; support marketing materials accuracy.
